Oceanside Rental Management is owned by Anthony P. DiSciullo, a property management expert with over 18 years of local management experience. A California native, he came to Oceanside in 1980 and is still a resident. In 1998 he became a property manager, and has been managing properties ever since.

Although the area has changed considerably since he started working in the industry, Anthony’s commitment to quality work and excellent customer service has remained constant. His long list of satisfied clients is a testament to his dedication and his effectiveness as a manager. He has extensive experience in every aspect of property management, from advertising to tenant screening to evictions and small claims court.

His primary focus is on 4-16 unit residential properties, and he excels at locating quality tenants FAST. Anthony is licensed to perform real estate sales, loans, leasing and management by the State of California. Anthony is also a a licensed Notary, Minister and member of MENSA. He owns Hometown Xeriscaping, an environmentally conscious landscape company.

Anthony started Oceanside Rental Management to deliver his unique property management skills to a wider client base. His company is committed to maintaining the high quality of life in the Oceanside and North County area.
